New Client Process

  • Click the button below to access our portal system. Fill out the fields to create an account. We will approve your account and send an email verification by the end of the day.

  • When your account is activated you can choose your own easy to remember password. You can also choose to download the Time to Pet app.

  • Please take time to fill out all of your information and your pet information as well. This way, we can come to the Meet & Greet prepared with any questions we may have.

  • Schedule a Meet & Greet

  • Finally, we are ready to start caring for your pet(s).

Client App

Time to Pet is a quick and easy way to request services, get updates, and view invoices. The app is also a great place for you to communicate directly with us. You have the ease and convenience of a mobile app with the superior quality of a local, professional pet care service.

 

Client and Home Info

Time to Pet is super helpful in keeping all of your contact information and home information organized, easy to edit, and easy to view.

Updates

If enabled, a push notification is sent to your phone to alert you when we arrive to start the visit. Then, after each visit you will receive a report that includes information about the visit’s activities, if your pet went potty, if food was given, if the water was refreshed, etc. A photo of your pet will also be included!

 

Schedule & Invoice

Services can be requested right from the app! You can also view all of your already scheduled visits and submit change requests! You can also view all of your open invoices.

Pet Info

You can update all of your furry family member’s information that you would like us to know! Let us know where you keep the food/treats/leash, or if they have any behavioral quirks/preferences we should be aware of.
